He was a principle artist of the Salons Triennaux du Cercle artistique et litteraire de Namur, Belgium between 1868-1895. Image size 12 x 15". Framed in wide heavy gold leaf moulding. Outside size 17 x 20. This beautiful impressionist landscape has been in my personal European art collection since 1990.
