Description: AMAZING Antique 19th century gold gilt gesso and wood frame. Probably 1890s. When we aquired this frame an estate, it housed an antique lithograph that we listed separately (see last picture). It is 45" by 50 1/2" and 2" depth. Fits 26" by 36". Rabbet depth is approx 1/2". Weighs approx 17 lbs 13 oz. Has some chips in gesso that where covered in git or paint. Top point piece on pediment is loose.
