Description: This antique sewing thimble stands approximately 7/8” in height and has a ¾” opening. It has a nice dark patina, a rolled edge with a fancy border and an engraved, “9”, and the initials, “AMHL”. I was unable to find a hallmark identifying it as sterling silver or coin, but most likely it is, due to it being quite heavy for its diminutive size. Despite having a slightly misshapen opening, some tarnish and minor scuffs/scratches, this antique sewing thimble is in good condition.
