This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE, UNISEX ENGAGEMENT RING that was made in the ART NOUVEAU STYLE during the LATE VICTORIAN PERIOD of c1890. It is made from 18K GOLD and it has an 18K stamp. The ring is BEZEL-SET with 1 OLD MINE CUT DIAMOND of G color, I clarity that weighs approx. .30 carat. This diamond is WHITE & BRIGHT and looks great to the naked eye. The ring is finely detailed with FLOWERS & LEAVES, which was a typical ART NOUVEAU THEME. The head of the ring measures 9.24 mm north-to-south and tapers down to 5 mm at the bottom of the shank. This style of ring is SUITABLE FOR MEN OR WOMEN. This ring is almost a size 9.75 and the total weight is a solid feeling 10.1 grams. There is a small scrape in the gold near the bottom of the shank.
