UP FOR SALE is : An Antique Australian Freeman (late Oswald Allen) Artist Photographer Cartes de Visite Male Portrait photo in sepia colours is applied to original card, has no Identification of Persons in Pictures, but the rear of Card has Gilt Print script and Decorative Artwork for Photographer, being Freeman (late Oswald Allen) Artist Photographer Crayon & Miniature Painter 360 George St Sydney ,terms cash on delivery, Photographer by appointment to his Excellency the Governor, this is all printed on rear of Card in Gilt with pink backing colour, research of photographer shows he traded in this location from 1880 -1890 so Victorian period and subject is very Australian Bushranger like beard, but well clothed, Great relection into Australian History, card is 15cm or about 6" tall and is 10.5cm or just over 4" in width and weighs 4g in total, does have light surface scratches, light rub wear, slight dirt and grime residue, marks and staining, slight fade and discolouration, as per photographs and are part of description which may differ slightly to actual colour due to lighting and exposure of camera, are otherwise in good condition, does have slight wear from age, use and poor storage, is possibly in need of a detailed clean, conditioning or slight refurbishment if desired.
