Description: Antique Better Packages Inc. Tabletop Paper Tape Wetter in nice condition. It measures 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 2" and is whistle clean. It's missing the small brush that went inside - the brush would roll through standing water and wetten the 3" tape being pulled through it. It has a brass lid and is in wonderful condition for its age. There are even faded instructions inside the top cover, barely readable but still there. If you're a collector, there's not too many of this variety out there, so make it yours today!
