Description: Antique Bissells Vacuum Sweeper Grand Rapids C 1920s. This item is in fairly good condition considering what it was used for and how old it is. . I am not an expert but I believe this sweeper actually works. All the wheels go around and there are no locked mechanisms. Seems to work very freely.the handle is in tact. Please note that I will need to remove the handle to ship this item. It will be securely packaged within the box containing the sweeper.it does have a lot of wear and scratchs water marks etc please see pictures
