Description: DescriptionThis amazing staircase was salvaged from a Harlem NY brownstone.It is made of mahogany and is unpainted.Whats included :6 newel posts, 4 are turned and 2 are amazing octagonal carved posts, all have finials at the top, octo posts are 55 tall. 1 piece of raised panel wainscotting that went up the steps, just over 17 feet long. Railing lengths are 21 inches, 94.5 inches, 102.75 inches and 15 feet. 2 raised panel skirt boards, one going up steps and 2nd floor return.Misc trim pieces, small piece of raised panel wainscotting from top of steps and misc. We could not remove the steps themselves, these have a rise of 7 3/8 inches and depth of 11 1/8 to the bull nose.Railing height as is 30.5 inches.Your bid buys the lot. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a couple light cracks to the wood parts. We generally make delivery trips along the I-85 and I-95 corridors to central Florida and the Florida panhandle in January. In spring and fall we go from Pennsylvania to Atlanta, over to Houston, up to Kansas City and St. Louis then up into Iowa, Chicago and home through Michigan and Ohio. Trips to NYC and New England are as needed. We can personally deliver if you are somewhat close to these routes much cheaper than freight or uship.
