Description: It’s approximately 22” tall and the porcelain only is about 12” tall. There is wear to the decoration and minor manufacturing flaws, see pictures. There may be a few very fine firing line cracks like you’ll find on almost all old porcelain. Untested but it will need complete re-wiring. There was a piece of blue dried rubber band on one handle in the pictures, it has since fallen off.
