Description: Antique Church Pew with Arm Rests & Under Seat Storage ~ Hand Carved, brass fittings This bench is a rare find in original condition, just oiled for preservation. I’m not an expert, but I think it’s walnut. My mother purchased this from an antique dealer about 30 years ago. He said it was 17th Century. I am helping my mother downsize. Was more than vintage vintage is I think I’m 50 years old and antique is 100 years old. This Pew/Bench has nice arm rests plus under bench seat storage. The Bench seat lifts easily. See photos for carvings and insets. ~ It is in great condition but IS not new. It does not look like a piece of furniture from Walmart.
