Description: This listing is for an antique doll recently purchased from a local estate sale. She dates to the 1860s and has a china shoulder head. Her black hair has a center part and she has blue eyes with red lining across the lids. Her original kid leather legs, blue cotton stockings and black leather boots but her torso and arms have been replaced with modern reproductions. She is dressed in a cotton print dress with lace trim, seer-sucker pantaloons and a petticoat. I don't believe they are original to the doll as the fabrics are modern 1950s era. She stands approx. 12" tall and is marked "Germany" on the back of the shoulder plate. Condition: There is some fading on the paint on her eyebrows.
