Description: Selling this C.L. Berger antique Surveyor's Transit and Tripod. The transit comes in original wood case. One latch is missing. The transit never had a compass. The lenses are fine. The focuser will not turn and therefore will not focus on an image. You may be able to fix it. I took this into account when I set the price. The bubble works fine. The tripod is very nice long leg wood, non-collapsible. This will make a great display in home, office, or science classroom. Will ship in 2 boxes, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.
