Description: An antique early 19th century Staffordshire dark blue transferware cup and saucer, made by Clews. The pattern is Christmas Eve, one of the Wilkie's Designs series. The saucer is is approximately 5.75 inches diameter, the cup is approximately 2.5 inches tall. Thye cup is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no fleabites, no excessive wear. The saucer has a crack across half of the bottom (it's very hard to see from the front) and a pinpoint fleabite and faint hairline - the tip of the pen is pointing to these. The set looks good on display. Please see the photos for details. Thank you for looking! h1 Track Page Views With Auctiva's FREE Counter
