Description: Gorgeous antique pair of elegant crystal glass goblets with round cranberry ruby red bowl heavily decorated with shiny metallic gold gilt scroll and acanthus leaf design that also encircles the base. The rim and base have gold band accenting. Glass bowl has stippled dotted texture as does the base. The stem is faceted with notches cut on the edges and a cut diamond point pattern knob near the base. The goblets have been attributed elsewhere to Baccarat. Measures approximately 6 ¾” tall, 2 ¾” diameter at rim. Overall very good antique condition, no chips, cracks, scratches, discoloration or repairs. Gold gilt is intact on bowl, some signs of wear on base. Original unaltered condition. Please examine photos carefully as they are considered part of the description.
