Description: I have collected American antiques since 1966. I purchased this from a very reliable antique dealer in Massachusetts, Bob Dexter in Swansea, Mass. in 1983. He wrote on the receipt that served as an authentication: " Inlaid mahogany Demi lune card table most likely New Hampshire origin c. 1790. I paid $1150 at the time. I have used this in my front hall with a lamp on it. I have kept it folded up. It has been intact, but somewhat fragile and I don't open it up, but it opens nicely and the wood is really beautiful. The D measurement folded is 17.5 inches.
