Description: Antique Doulton Burslem Flow Blue Watteau Lg Covered Tureen Excellent Here is a very beautiful and very scarce antique Doulton Burslem Watteau flow blue large covered tureen. It measures about 7 1/4" tall, about 10 3/8" in diameter not including handles and about 12" across handle to handle. It is in excellent condition with no major issues. There is a small shallow flake to the underside edge of the lid measuring about 1/8" across (see photo). There is a minor small firing separation on underside of base, done in the making. There are no other chips or cracks. There is a small light brownish spot on interior of base (see photo). There is a tiny brownish speck on the lid. There are a few minor scattered surface marks. The tureen appears to have had very little use. There is no crazing. This piece is unmarked but is clearly Doulton Watteau and came out of a set of Doulton Watteau. Overall very clean and pristine.
