Description: Made with lots of love. This is a genuine, antique dresser. The dresser has been newly restored & refinished in real, rusted, copper patina & rusted iron. The dresser has ornate, wood carved detailing throughout. There are six drawers, one of which is sectioned off on the inside, into two parts, as shown in the photos. This antique dresser is in excellent condition, weathered to perfection, with tons of understated detailing. This is a very unique, one of a kind piece, done with lots of time & tons of attention to detail. ~Measurements~ Dresser top - 19.5” x 35.5” Dresser height - 54” Total depth (front to back) - 21.5” Total width (side to side, across) - 39” Top three drawer faces - 32” x 6” each Bottom two drawer faces - 33.75” x 8.5” each Smallest drawer (third from bottom) - 33.75” x 4.75” ~Refinishing Process~ The dresser has been sanded down, stained & then painted with antique copper & iron, oxidizing paints. A rust accelerator has then been applied to the painted portions of the dresser. The rust accelerator reacts to the metal, copper & iron particles in the paint creating an actual patina, rust finish on the wood. The dresser is not painted with a rusted look to it. There was no green paint used on the exterior of this dresser. The colors were achieved through the paint’s oxidizing process. The finish is actual, patina, rusted copper & real, rusted iron. The entire dresser has been sealed with a final, clear coat from front to back, top to bottom, inside & out, for added durability. The dresser has all of its original, antique hardware. The drawer pulls have been done in a rusted, iron finish to match the dresser frame. The dresser’s dovetailed, drawer sides have been accented with distressed, floral, paisley lace detailing. (Only visible when drawers are open.) The inside of the dresser drawers have also been sealed with a final, clear coat. The back of the dresser frame has been done with the same, oxidized iron finish as the front & sides. Placed against a wall or as a stand alone piece in the middle of the room, this dresser looks great from any angle. ~ Shipping ~ Shipping for this piece is free of charge, anywhere within the Continental United States.
