Description: Presented is an antique, sterling silver fish slice, large server or pastry server made by Durgin during the late 1800s. This piece is in the Scroll pattern, first made in 1886. The front of the handle features swirling, high relief scrolls, leaves and flowers. The back has a monogram that reads: EAR from Aunt Mary. The is marked for Durgin, sterling silver and Bigelow, Kennard & Company (retailer). This piece is in excellent overall condition for its age and the designs are very crisp. There is some surface wear and a couple of small pin-point dings to the blade, but no major damages and no repairs. Length: 11 3/4 inches. Weight: 118 grams or 4.1 ounces.
