In 1927 the company was absorbed into the Gorham silver Company. The jar is made of heavy wheel cut glass. There are no chips or cracks on the glass. The top or cover is made of sterling silver and has the Kerr mark " a ax along with 3 Xxx marks 5900-1 HMK 5216 16". Please look at the matching perfume bottles I have listed.
