Description: Antique English Art Deco Solid Silver Cigarette Case, (Adie Brothers Ltd, 1928) DescriptionA fine quality antique English Art Deco solid sterling silver cigarette case. Rectangular shaped case with chamfered edges on the top & bottom. Curved from one side to the other to so as to fit neatly into a gentleman's pocket & beautifully decorated around the outside with a geometric engine turned pattern. Push button catch on one side which opens the two halves with a nice tight fitting hinge on the other. Gilt washed interior & an elastic cigarette retainer on one side. Fully hallmarked inside on both sides of the case. A nice fine example, lovely collectors item. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the overall description.
