Description: Listing is for a 19th century English Imari chocolate pot. The maker is S. Fielding, an English earthenware and Majolica potter, who formed in 1879 making this one of their earlier pieces. H: 10”and about 7” from handle to spout. Registry marks make it circa 1882. Excellent condition with wear and issues consistent with age and use. Slight hairline on underside of lid. Crazing to glaze all over. Some glaze loss along the spout.
