Description: Here we have an authentic antique German Erzgebirge hand-carved and hand-painted miniature wood bunny rabbit for your holiday village. Standing on two feet, so we consider this one very-tall eared creature to be an anthropomorphic hare. Missing one arm, one leg, and, if they ever existed, two feet. Still quite able to steal your heart, though. Came to us with the wood stand, which is age appropriate, but we don't know if it is original to the piece. The hare isn't permanently attached to the base, although it fits it perfectly and is quite stable as-is. The hare, as you can see from the photos, has damage to the bottom of both legs, which may be from being roughly removed from the stand, or may have involved the horror of having their feet amputated. We weren't there, so we can't only surmise. In overall imperfect, shabby-chic, condition, although very clean and fresh, and with nothing sticky or otherwise disgusting, and no funky odors. Overall, a well-mannered bunny with a lot of love left to give, and a winning personality. We run a year-round holiday store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost.
