Description: Fantastic collection of over 140 French Victorian silk & velvet ribbon samples and 14-16 Berlin work needlepoint bookmarks, arranged on 35 pages in a 1940s scrap book. Beautiful colors and patterns throughout, including florals, watered silk, jacquards, stripes, plaids, etc. The needlepoint bookmarks are intricate and well executed. I couldn't include photos of all of the pages so please know there are samples than are shown here. Scrap book measures 12" wide, 14.5" high, 1.5" deep. Fabrics are pinned/taped, with a few loose pieces, and can be easily removed. Individual pieces are generally in good condition, with some stains, as can be seen in the photos. I have another vintage sample book for sale so please check my other listings.
