I have had them recently rewired for American electric, but saved the original bronze inserts that go into the light cup. They are to be capped with lamps in case of a conversion lamps measure 12 inches high to top of candlestick shades will come with lamps, but not the bulbs. Each cord has a flat switch for easy on and off, candle stick covers are snow white each is stamped under base made in France. They are in beautiful antique condition with no issues to mention.
