Description: Beautiful length of antique French linen cotton & hemp woven jacquard. Lovely variation with cameo cartouche florals and ribbons. Generally textiles of this nature also contained a bit of silk in the fibers. Lovely neutral brown tone. Beautifully woven. A slighter denser, stiffer cloth not overly fluid in nature.Circa 1880.This is a more slender length, one of two widths I will be listing in separate listings.Excellent for an abundance of unique period projects and artisan creations.Condition appears very nice for its age, I imagine used in the past.Measures~ 12" wide by 39" long.
