Description: Antique French Style Micro Beaded Purse Art Deco Flapper Purse. Heavy Black Micro Beading, Floral Designing, Bakelite top frame/latch knob with beaded fringe bottom strands. Laying flat it measures 8"H x 7"W. Overall very well preserved for age, some wear & tear. The bag has come loose from frame on one side and needs re-stitching, the handle is fraying somewhat. From the late 1800s or early 1900s. My mother used these in the 1960's for Model T Club Dress-up Tours and events, has been in very clean storage since.
