Description: Vintage Bisque Young Girl Figurine w/ Hat & Bows I believe this bisque figurine of a young girl with a white dress and hat w/ bows may be from Germany. I only found a number on the bottom that looks like 369 or 869. She measures about 3 1/2" long and 2 3/4" high. She may be a piano baby figure or what I thought at first was that she was a young bathing beauty type girl on the beach figure.
