Antique Hand painted Limoges Coronet Game Bird Plate 10.5" Sgnd Amazing Gilding

Description: We are pleased to offer this wonderful antique porcelain bowl / Plate made in Limoges, France, I believe circa 1870-1920. The bowl features a beautiful bird / game design with gilded edges. The porcelain blank has a nice decorative victorian edge design. The back is stamped with the green "Limoges, France" and Coronet marking for Blakeman & Henderson, a French exporting company. The bottom has a drilled hole for hanging purposes. I believe the bowl was only displayed and never used. So it may need to be washed. This lovely bowl / plate measurements are approximately 10.5" in diameter and nearly 1 3/4" deep. The condition is in very good to excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. We are very critical and identify any issue. I would like to say it is in perfect condition with no gold loss, but since it is more than a 100 years old, I will be cautious say maybe very minor loss. eventhough I cannot locate any. Also, if I rotate the plate and move it around in the light, you can see minor paint flaws which are difficult to see.Please note we try never to wash these beautiful antique plates.
