They produced pottery in baltimore maryland between 1880 to 1914.Wonderful hand painted holland dutch windmill village scenes surrounding the entire piece .Very Unique. For its age it’s in good condition no chips or nicks. It does have crazing on both inside and outside upon close inspection and some discoloring here and there. It has a few white dots along rim.
