Antique Henry Disston saw "For Metal or Wood" ~ Nice Etch ~ Rare

Description: * * * Vintage Henry Disston "For Metal or Wood" Saw * * * Offered is a vintage rare Henry Disston 24" long handsaw 10 ppi. The etch is clear and states this was made by the Keystone Saw Works plant. The handle has full horns with 3 brass bolts which include the Disston Phila mediallion. The toe is 1 3/4", the heal is 5 5/8". The etch on top of the plate reads: FOR METAL OR WOOD. This model was made from the 1914 era and they didn't note a model number on the etch. Later years in the 1920's they made the No 340 saw that was for metal and wood. This one is the rarely found early version. Nice rarely found saw to add to your collection or use.
