Description: HOLY BIBLE PUBLISHED BY D. & J. SADLIER & CO. NEW YORK Circa 1860’s. Beautiful antique Holy Bible published in the 1860’s. This Bible belonged to Patrick and Margaret King. Their names are printed on the cover and inscribed on the interior cover. There is a crushed flower found on the interior of the book, presumably from the 1800’s as well. The original receipt is fastened to the first page with small nails from the 1800’s. The book is in amazing condition for its age, but the binging is held together with black tape. The metal book latches are only prey on the front cover. An amazing piece of history. Shipped fast and with incredible care.
