Description: Stuck! Does not turn over. Shaft threads and keyway area has some plier marks!!! Base looks nice and is clean appearing on the exterior considering its age. I do not see any cracks or chips on the housing compared to a lot of the pot metal base magnetos. Please see pictures for the absolute best description.
