Description: This is an Antique KPM Cup and Saucer Set with Floral art with heavy Gold Gilt paint. The Cup and Saucer are in Very Good Condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. ***NOTE*** There is some wear to the gold paint in places. The mark on the bottom of the Cup appears to be the blue mark used between 1844 - 1849. The mark on the bottom of the saucer appears to be the mark used between 1833- 1844. Possibly this was made around end of 1843 - beginning of 1844 as this might explain the reason for the two different marks on the obviously matching pieces? The Saucer is 6 1/4" in diameter. The Cup is 2 3/8" tall by 4" in diameter. The Set weighs 11.6 OZ. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge. Some wear is to be expected, unless described as flawless or mint.
