Description: Antique Locke & Co Worcester Blush Ivory HMSS Sugar Shifter - 10cm tall Marked on the base with the Locke & Co Ltd Worcester backstamp which dates to between 1898-1902. The metal top is hallmarked with the anchor for Birmingham, the Lion passant for sterling silver and date mark of "b" for 1901. There is also a markers marks of E.I & Co which I have not been able to identify. Both the top and the rim are hallmarked.
