Externally sound with some shelf wear and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Internally, the hinges are slightly strained, holding firm. Light spotting scattered to the leaves, although the pages appear generally very clean and bright throughout. With numerous engravings in text throughout as well as sixty full page plates. Good condition, spine uniformly sunned, general exterior wear to corners/edges/spine extremes, previous owner bookplate/crest on front flyleaf, interior is very clean with no writing or underlining.
