Description: This is an original antique map from 1781. The map was created by Jacques-Nicholas Bellin and comes from the Italian edition Abbe Prevost's Histoire Generale des Voyages (published in Venice in 1781). It shows nice clear images of the topographical features, such as rivers and mountain ranges, along with settlements. The Rococo style cartouche is a lovely example of the typical style of the 18th century. It measures around 28.5 x 26.5cm There's some fold marks, foxing and wear to the edges/corners, but it's in a very presentable condition - please have a good look at the photos. It'll be posted flat on a first class service on the next working day, or usually on the same day if bought in the morning. Thanks for looking.
