PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION Antique circa 1909 German silver metal mesh beaded accent purse. The metal mesh has discoloration & patina. I don’t see any holes or missing ring links but, some are a little misshapen. The frame is Art Deco in design with embossed swirls and engraved pinstripes. It has Ger. Silver, Mesh Pat’d and Sept.7.1909 on the inside of frame. There are 5 beaded dangle drops on the bottom. The purse measures 5 1/4" in length and 5 3/4" from hinge to hinge. There is wearing to the finish, patina & surface scratching. There is a tight kiss lock closure and the frame does not quite fit flush. The heavy cable chain handle has an 8" drop.
