Description: I am not sure about the use of this wonderful little figure. It has a bit of red cold paint on the top of it's head and there is a "device" for holding something on the right side of his beak. The body is quite ornate and of good quality workmanship. It might have been an ornament for a potted plant or a cake decoration or something totally different. If came from the estate of a retired World War II USMC Lt. Col who travelled extensively throughout Asia in the late 1940s.
