Antique Moss Agate 10k Yellow Gold Solitaire Ring Prong Set Moss Agate

Description: A lovely example of antique craftsmanship, this adorable solitaire ring is made with 10k yellow gold and a single ovular moss agate cabochon. The stone is prong set in a high relief, the prongs form a sort of caging around the stone. The shoulders of the band have been formed to appear to be twisted on either side. This ring is in good antique condition with typical signs of wear. The band appears to have been split at one point but was soldered back together. This is not a very noticeable defect from the outside perspective. The gold shows tarnish around the setting, we have not attempted to polish or clean this piece.
