Description: This is a lovely antique (circa 1930s) knotted cultured pearl necklace in a double strand graduated style with a hook and flower shaped diamante clasp. The clasp is stamped 'Sterling Silver ~ Made In England'. Beads: Cultured Pearls Clasp: Hook & Flower Shaped Clasp Necklace Length: 42cm (16.5 inches) Bead size: 3mm to 6mm Total weight: 28gCondition: Used antique condition with signs of wear. Some of the pearls near the clasp are damaged and discoloured. The knotting is frayed in a couple of places. Some green verdigris on the clasp.The silver is quite tarnished. I have left this on as I think it leaves a lovely patina, but please do let me know if you would like the clasp polished. I can't guarantee how shiny it will get, but I will do my best!
