Romantic scene with full moon, slivers of clouds and done in the style of William Henry Chandler. Still in its original Arts and Crafts Newcomb Macklin style gold washed wood frame with embossed stipled border and floral leaf band. You can see part of the wooden walkway near where the Terrapin Tower was and a well lit large old building landmark in the distance. Unsigned, one owner estate item. SIZE: Approximately 8" x 15", 9.5" x 16.5" framed. Weight is 1 lb before packaging CONDITION: Minimal wear, very solid, no flaking or thin spots. Original, as found estate item. I have not cleaned the painting. Solid wood original Arts and Crafts frame has minor wear to the finish, no crack or chips.
