A richly foliated border in red frames the prayer niche. The rug is antique dating from the last quarter of the nineteenth century to the first quarter of the twentieth century. The rug measures 54" in width and 89" in length.The rug has been professionally cleaned and is in very good antique condition with minor restoration to wear on fringe and edge binding.
