Has a Brass Base, and a Brass Top, with a Threaded Rod and Nut that Holds it all Together..........See Photo. I Believe the Painted Portrait is of Queen Louise of Prussia.......She's Very Beautiful, and is Wearing a Jeweled Crown and Matching Necklace. It Looks Like the Item Could be Used as a Candleholder, but I See No Evidence of Wax. It is Shaped Like an Urn, or a Vase, and the Top has been Touched Up with Some Brass Paint.
