(I am guessing was replated and not used since) . These were used on numerous prewar bicycles! It comes exactly as shown. Install this one on your prewar Schwinn, Elgin, Motorbike, Monark, Hawthorne, Hiawatha, hot rod, rat rod, etc. The top is approx 5/8" diameter. The bottom is approx 3/4" diameter. (see pics) Be sure to compare before you bid to be sure this will fit your bicycle. Check out all pics and be your own judge of condition. These are very hard to find if you need them! Install it on your favorite bicycle or save it for that future project!
