Description: Beautiful antique solid oak box contains the "Pyro Perfection Pyrometers" Model 8165. The box measures 4 1/4" wide x 4 1/4" deep x 8 1/4" tall. Constructed of 5/16" thick oak and uses finger joints for strength and appearance. Box was refinished with Satin MinWax Varnish and hand-polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax to a soft luster. New brass hinges replace broken ones. Catches In good working order. Rubber feet protect bottom. Will not make any claims that it works, but appears to be in good condition overall.
