He was a Dutch writer and playwright. He is considered the most prominent Dutch poet and playwright of the 17th century. The engraving are engraved by Johan / Jan Sadeler after Crispijn van den Broek. Subject: The biblical figure Josiah / Josias or Yoshiyahu (c. 649-609 BC) was a king of Judah (641-609 BC) who instituted major reforms. Josiah is credited by some historians with having established or discovered important Jewish scriptures during the Deuteronomic reform that occurred during his rule.Condition: Fine.
