It is fully hallmarked and is signed FHM for Frank Henry Maddox. The mark was used from the Birmingham England Shop from 1909 to 1925. It is in excellent vintage condition. It measures approximately 1 1/4 x 5/8 inches. The enamel work is detailed and well done. It closes with an old fashioned Clasp. It has been cleaned and polished and is ready to wear or gift wrap.
