This is a very fine colored flint glass cup plate with a rosette and star pattern with a rayed rim. The cup plate has 66 even scallops, which identifues this as Lee-Rose #324. This cup plate is listed in "A Guide To Sandwich Glass Blown Tableware, Cup Plates and Salts" by Barlow and Kaiser, plate #1385. Barlow's book valued this opalescent color at $90 back in 1993! I offer this colored Sandwich opalescent glass cup plate with a Buy It Now. DIMENSIONS: The cup plate is 7/16" Thick. 3 1/4" Dia.. CONDITION: The condition is very good with some small chips and nicks to some of the scallops around the rim. The glass also exhibits some wonderful flaws found in the early glass of this period such as; sand, bubbles, straw marks and striations.
