Description: This would have originally been part of a circa 1930s old mesh netting Santa Claus candy container. These were made in Japan before World War II. Today it is just the celluloid hand painted face, as is common the fine mesh body deteriorated long ago. This is still a lovely vintage piece that would make for a one of a kind Christmas ornament or for use in another Christmas craft project. Approximately 3” long. Very Good Condition.
