Description: Antique Set 6 Art Deco Georges Muchery Henri Armengo Le Tarot Astrologique Cards Click images to enlarge Description DESCRIPTION: This is a wonderful partial Le Tarot Astrologique/Astrological Tarot deck designed by George Muchery and illustrated by Henri Armengol, circa 1930's. This "astromancy" or "astomancie" system was created by Georges Muchery. His book, Le Tarot Astrologique. Traite d'astromancie, was first published by Edition Astrale Illustrée in Paris, 1927. This first French edition came with colour plates of the cards designed by Henri Armengol. The set features 6 pages with 3 cards each, for a total of 18 cards, all beautifully illustrated and still retaining vibrant colors. Each page is housed in glass and red paper tape frames. The set will make a great addition to any collection! CONDITION: The set presents well and is in very good antique condition, with minor wear and patina commensurate with age. The cards have little to no visible damage. The frame have some scuffing, edge wear, and one has a cracked glass cover. Sold as-found. Please review all photos before purchasing.
